When you finish, send it to Karl at dhamilto@cord.edu Kinder Care: If you are bringing young children click here for information on our child care options. Leave your kids with people you know, and volunteer some of your weekend to spend with the little ones. Arrival: You are welcome to arrive between 2:00 and 6:00 pm on Friday, July 23; arriving later on Friday or on Saturday morning is of course also fine, but we will begin with our program at 6:00 pm on Friday. By Car: Watch for signs indicating parking availability. After parking, please walk to the front of the Waldsee Bahnhof, and we will make sure you have everything you need! Waldsee staff will be on hand to greet you. By Air: Please let us know when you will arrive at the Bemidji airport and we will be happy to pick you up. Send arrival information to dhamilto@cord.edu Departure: We anticipate that most people will leave mid-day Sunday. We are planning an optional excursion to Camp Minne-Wa-Kan in Cass Lake, about 20 minutes away, for those who would like to stay for that. But all are welcome to stay through Sunday and engage in informal activities once the formal program is over. By Air: Please let us know when you will depart from the Bemidji airport and we will be happy to take you there. Send departure information to dhamilto@cord.edu What to Bring: besides enthusiasm -- Begeisterung! -- dig out your Namensschild (don't worry, we have plenty :) and perhaps some incriminating photos. Bring a camera to take some more incriminating photos while your here. Any instruments? Die Waldsee Kapelle und Rock Band suchen Leute! Any Waldsee memorabilia you'd like to share or for us to have? Bring it along! We will offer canoeing/swimming/boating activities on the lake, including trips to die Grüne Welle site, so if you are interested in that, please bring appropriate clothing. Contributions: While participation at Waldsee Fest does not carry any costs, we are asking alumni to consider a contribution to help defray our expenses and to help future generations of Waldseer.
